This page shows you more detailed status information for a Power BI workspace. You can view the Workspace Details page by drilling through from the Workspace status page.

This visual shows the current status of the workspace. If there are current open issues this will show as impaired. |
| Datasets – Import vs Direct Query |
This visual shows the number of datasets configured for Import Mode vs Direct Query mode. |
| Datasets – Impaired vs Total |
This shows the number of datasets within the workspace that are impaired vs the total number of datasets in the workspace. |
| Reports – Impaired vs Total |
This visual shows the number of reports within the workspace that are impaired vs the total number of reports in the workspace. |
| Issues (30d) - Open vs Total |
This shows the number of open workspace issues vs the total number of workspace issues created in the past 30 days. |
Tables
The following tables are included within the Service page.
Workspace Details
This table shows the details of the workspace. Fields include:

| Id |
The workspace ID as assigned by Power BI. |
| Name |
The name of the workspace. |
| Capacity |
The configured capacity storage mode, either Pro or Premium. |
| Capacity Status |
If the capacity is being migrated this may show as an in progress status. Normally this will be empty. |
| Detected |
This is the date/time the workspace was first detected by Zeaware Monitor. This may be different to the date/time of when the workspace was created. |
| State |
The current state of the workspace. |
| Status |
If the workspace is Current or Deleted. |
| Read Only |
Is the workspace configured to be read only. |
Workspace Datasets
This table lists current datasets in the workspace. Fields include:

The name of the dataset. |

If the dataset is configured for import or direct query. |

The status of the dataset. |
Workspace Reports
This table lists current reports in the workspace. Fields include:

Workspace Issues
This table lists the current open issues related to workspaces in the table above. The issues table can be filtered by selecting a workspace in the workspaces table. This table can also be filtered by selecting the Issue Status filter.
