This visual shows the number of currently impaired Power BI workspaces vs the total number of Power BI workspaces in the tenant. A workspace may be impaired due to configuration or access issues. |
| Workspaces – Pro : Premium |
This visual shows the number of Power BI workspaces that configured to use pro capacity vs premium capacity. This visual is only relevant if you have Power BI Premium capacity or Premium per user capacity licenses. |
| Datasets – Pro : Premium |
This visual shows the number of Power BI datasets that are in pro capacity workspaces vs those in premium capacity workspaces. This visual is only relevant if you have Power BI Premium capacity or Premium per user capacity licenses. |
| Issues (30d) - Open vs Total |
This visual shows the number of open Power BI workspace issues vs the total number of workspace issues created in the past 30 days. |

Workspace Details
This table provides a list of Power BI workspaces in the Power BI tenant. Using the Filter button you can switch between current and deleted Workspaces.

The type of workspace (workspace or personal group) |
| Capacity |
The capacity mode of the workspace. This includes Premium or Pro capacity. |

The number of datasets in the workspace. |
| # Reports |
The number of reports in the workspace. |
| # Issues |
The number of issues currently open for the workspace. |
| Status |
The current status of the workspace. |
| Link |
A hyperlink to the workspace in Power BI. You will need rights to the workspace in Power BI to visit the link. |
Workspace Issues
This table lists the current open issues related to workspaces in the table above. The issues table can be filtered by selecting a workspace in the workspaces table.

Buttons
The following buttons are included within the Workspaces page:

Click the Filter button to open the filter pane. This will allow you to filter workspaces by type and also allow you to view deleted workspaces. |
| View Workspace |
Select a workspace in the workspace table then you can click the View Workspace button to drill through to the Workspace status page. |
| View Issue |
Select an issue in the issue table then you click on the View Issue button to drill through to the Issue Details page. |
