The reports status page shows the status of Power BI Reports within the Power BI tenant. Use this page to quickly review the report status and drill into specific issues.

This visual shows the number of currently impaired reports vs the total number of Power BI reports in the tenant. A report may be impaired for various reasons, including dataset, datasource or access issues. |

This visual shows the total number of report views over the past 30 days. |
| Report Views (30d) - Graph |
This visual shows the number of report views over the past 30 days on a daily basis. This graph can be filtered by selecting a specific report from the table below. |

This visual shows the number of open Power BI report issues vs the total number of workspace issues created in the past 30 days. |
Tables
The following tables are included within the Reports page.
Report Details
The report details page shows the details of reports within the Power BI tenant. Fields include:

This is the Zeaware Monitor key assigned to uniquely identify the report. |
| Report |
The name of the report. |
| Workspace |
The workspace of the report. |
| Type |
If this is a Power BI visual report or paginated report. |
| # Views (30d) |
This is the number of report views for the report for the past 30 days. |
| Mode |
The mode of the dataset supporting the report, this may be Import, DirectQuery or Push. This may also show Unknown if the dataset is a special dataset accessing data via extension. |
| # DS |
This is the number of data sources associated with the dataset. A Power BI dataset may source data from multiple sources so this is an indicator of the number of sources the report is dependant on. |
| Status |
The status of the Power BI report. If it is impaired the status column will provide some detail of the cause. |
| Link |
A link to the Power BI report in the Power BI workspace. |
Report Issues
This table lists the current open issues related to reports in the table above. The issues table can be filtered by selecting a report in the reports detail table. This table can also be filtered by selecting the Issue Status filter.

Buttons
The following buttons are included within the Workspaces page:

Click this button to show the filters pane. The filters allow filtering by current or deleted reports and by access method (direct or via app). |
| View Report |
If you select a report in the reports detail table you can click the View Report button to drill through to the Report Details page. |
| View Issue |
Select an issue in the issue table then you click on the View Issue button to drill through to the Issue Details page. |
