Alerting via ServiceNow Integration

Zeaware Monitor for Power BI can send alerts via ServiceNow using API integration. Zeaware Monitor alerts will be raised as incidents in ServiceNow, allowing workflow, escalation and response to occur.

To configure Zeaware Monitor to send alerts via ServiceNow please perform the following steps:

• Have your ServiceNow administrator create a user for Zeaware Monitor integration.
• Add the users details to the Azure KeyVault.
• Update the Configuration File to add mappings for your required and option ServiceNow field mappings.

Once the configuration has been updated, if you configuration is deployed using DevOps run the release cycle and push and test alerting changes as required as per your deployment strategy.
