Users
The Users page provides a summary of user activity within the monitored Power BI tenant. Use this page to understand user actions, behaviour and who is performing admin activities.
Visuals
The following visuals are included within the users page:

| Users (30 days) - Active vs Total | The number of users activity in the past 30 days vs the total number of observed users within the Power BI tenant. |
| User Activity (30d) | This visual provides a break down of user activity per day, by the number of activity events in the Power BI log. This categorises activities as either Standard User activities or administration activities. |
Tables
The following tables are included within the users page.User Details
The user details table provides a summary of Power BI tenant users. Fields include:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User Name | The username of the user. |
| Principal Type | The type of user (e.g. User, Group, App). |
| First Seen | The number of days since the user was first seen performing activities in the Power BI tenant. |
| Last Seen | The number of days since the user was last seen performing activities in the Power BI tenant. If this is 0, this means the user have been active in the past 24 hours. |
| #Reports Views (30d) | This is the number of individual reports viewed by the user over the past 30 days. |
| Total Report Views (30d) | This is the number of report views the user has made in the past 30 days. |
| Total Dashboard Views (30d) | This is the number of dashboard views the user has made in the past 30 days. |
| # Admin Activities (30d) | This is the number of admin activities performed by the user over the past 30 days. |
