This page provides detail information on the status and health of a Power BI report. Use this page to review current status issues and drill into further details.

This visuals shows the total number of report views over the past 30 days. |

This visual shows the number of report views over the past 30 days on a daily basis. |
| Report Issues (30d) - Open vs Total |
This visual shows the number of open Power BI reports issues vs the total number of workspace issues created in the past 30 days. |
Tables
The following tables are included within the Report page.
Report Details
The report details table shows the details of reports within the Power BI tenant. Fields include:

| Id |
The report Id as assigned by Power BI. |
| Name |
The name of the report. |
| Type |
If this is a Power BI visual report or paginated report. |
| Workspace |
The workspace of the report. |
| Created By |
The name of the user who created the report. |
| Created |
The date the report was created (as reported by Power BI) |
| Detected |
The date the report was detected by Zeaware Monitor. This may be later than the create date and depends on when monitoring was enabled. |
| Mode |
The mode of the dataset supporting the report, this may be Import, DirectQuery or Push. This may also show Unknown if the dataset is a special dataset accessing data via extension. |
| Status |
The status of the Power BI report. If it is impaired the status column will provide some detail of the cause. |
Report Dataset
The report dataset table shows the name of the report dataset and the outcome status. You can select the dataset to use the View Dataset drill down button. Fields include:

Report Issues
This table shows a filtered list of report related issues. This will show current open issues but filtering on Open using the Issue Status filter, or issues closed in the past 30 days by selecting the closed status in the Issue Status filter. Fields include:
