Activities

The Activities page allows you to slice and dice the Power BI activity log and drill down into specific activity entries.

Log Entry Delays

NOTE: The Power BI log is not always real time and Microsoft has documented that it may take up to 24 hours before all log entries appear in the Power BI log. Zeaware Monitor includes processing to handle late log entries, how log entries may not appear for up to 48 hours after the log event.

Visuals

The following visuals are included within the activities page:

Visual	Description
Activity Log Collected (mins)	The current delay since the last activity log polling cycle. Please see the note above about log entry delays.
Current time UTC	As log entries are in UTC time this provides the current date/time in UTC format for comparison.

Tables

The following tables are included within the activities page.

Activity Details

The activity details table provides the result of the filtered activity log search. Fields include:

Field	Description
Activity	The name of the activity for the log entry.
Entity Name	This field is constructed by Zeaware Monitor to show the most relevant entity name for this log entry. This may include report, dataset, datsource names etc.
Activity Date UTC	This is the date/time of the activity in UTC time.
User	The user who performed this activity.
Client IP	The IP address of the user who performed this activity.
