Login as a FlexiClient Admin

This topic describes how to login to your FlexiClient Provider portal. To do this you will need to know your FlexiClient Provider URL.

Finding your FlexiClient Provider URL

To login to FlexiClient as an Admin User you will need to know the URL of your FlexiClient Service. If you created the FlexiClient Service or have been assigned Administrator Privileges by the creator to the FlexiClient Service, you can find the URL in the Zeaware Service Admin portal.

NOTE: If you have been delegated user access to the FlexiClient Provider portal, but not Service Administrator rights you will not be able to find the FlexiClient Provider URL using the steps below. Instead ask your FlexiClient Service Admin User to provide you the FlexiClient Provider URL directly.

To do this:

• Login to the Zeaware Service Admin portal
• Under Services click FlexiClient Bookings. You should see a list of FlexiClient Services.
• Click the relevant FlexiClient Service.
• Under the Overview tab you should see the Services Details pane. Within the Service Details pane, you will see the “Admin URL” header. Click the link next to this and a new tab will open.
• As you were already logged into the FlexiClient Provider portal, you should be automatically logged into the FlexiClient Admin portal. However, you can make note of this URL for faster access on your next visit.

Logging In

If you did not automatically login to the FlexiClient Provider portal, please login by using your Zeaware username and password.

If you have configured two factor authentication (2FA), you will be required to enter a 2FA code as prompted.
