Create a FlexiClient Booking

To create a booking as an Admin please use the following steps:

  • Login to the Zeaware Service Admin portal
  • Using the Calendar Selector, find and select the date on which the booking is for.  If you need to change the month, use the arrows to change month as required.
  • Choose the Date the booking is for.
  • Within the Time Selector, scroll up or down until you can see the time you required.
  • Either click on the time slot for the Booking Start Time or click and drag from the Booking Start Time through to the Booking End Time.
  • The New Booking Selector will show.  This is where you can choose to either:
  • Click New Booking to create a Booking at the time you selected above.
  • Or Click New Booking Search to search for an available Booking time based on the Schedule Availability.

Selecting a Client

A booking requires a Client to be selected.   To select a Client:

  • Click within the New Booking For field and start typing the name of details of the Client for who the Booking is being made.
  • Clients can be searched for by entering their Name, Email or Phone Number.
  • If the booking Client is listed in the search box, select this.  Otherwise if the Client does not already existing within FlexiClient you will have to create the Client record.

Creating a New Client

If you need to create a new Client:

  • To Create a new Client click “New Contact”.
  • Enter the Client’s First and Last Name as required
  • A Client must have at least one method of contact.  To enter contact details, please enter their email address or mobile phone number.
  • Finally, select “Add Contact” to create the client record.

Completing the Booking

To complete the booking:

  • Confirm the Booking Start Date, Start Time and Duration are as expected or adjust as necessary.
  • Next, select the Services that the booking is for.
  • You have the option of adding Comments to the booking. This may include comments made by the customer which you wish to retain and refer to during the booking. PLEASE NOTE however, booking comments are also visible to the Client if they view the booking in the FlexiClient Self Service portal.
  • Finally, click the “Create Booking” button to create the booking.
