Updating a Client Record

Client Records can be easily updated within FlexiClient. This can be performed in two way, either updating the Client record from the Client admin page, or via an existing Client Booking.

Updating the Client record via Client admin

To update your Client Record via the Client admin tab:

  • Login to the Zeaware Service Admin portal
  • Select the Contacts tab
  • Search for the Client record. You can do this quickly by entering their name, email address or phone number. Click the client record to open the edit Client pane.
  • Update the Client details in the Edit Contact pane. This includes adding their name details and contact details, including an Email address and Phone number. At a minimum you must enter as least one contact option.
  • Click Save Contact to add the Client record.

Updating the Client record via a Booking

You can also update a Client record through a Booking assocaited with that Client. To do this:

  • Login to the Zeaware Service Admin portal
  • Select the Bookings tab
  • Select the data for which the booking has been created and click the booking in the Time Selector pane.
  • Client the Client Name in the Booking For field. This will open the Edit Client record pane. Update the Client Details as required.
  • Click Save Contact to update the Client record.
