Changing a FlexiClient Booking
A Booking can be changed by editing the Booking details within the Booking pane. To do this:
- Login to the Zeaware Service Admin portal
- Click the Bookings tab and select the Schedule that you wish to Cancel the Booking for.
- Using the Date Selector, choose the date for which the Booking has been made.
- Click the Booking to open the Edit Booking pane.
- Update the Booking details, including the Date, Time and Services associated with the Booking.
- Click Update Booking to save the booking changes.
NOTE: The Client associated with a Booking cannot be change. To change the Client for a Booking, please Cancel the Booking and Create a New Booking for the new Client.
