Adding a Client

Bookings are created wtihin a FlexiClient Schedule for Clients.

To add a new Client record:

  • Login to the Zeaware Service Admin portal
  • Select the Contacts tab
  • Check the Client record doesn’t already exist within FlexiClient by searching for the Client. You can do this quickly by entering their name, email address or phone number.
  • If the Client record doesn’t exist you can create a new Client by selected the “New Contact” option.
  • Enter the Client details in the New Contact pane. This includes adding their name details and contact details, including an Email address and Phone number. At a minimum you must enter as least one contact option.
  • Click Add Contact to add the Client record.
